Car Rental Terms & Conditions

Declaration

  • Personal data collected on www.aigicar.com is used for booking management.
  • According to law 09-08, you may access or correct your data by contacting Aigi Car.

Rental Agreement

  • This is a contract between the agency and the main driver.
  • Both parties must respect the rental conditions.

Driver Age

  • The driver must be at least 23 years old.
  • He must hold a valid license for more than 2 years.

Vehicle Usage

  • Mandatory inspection before departure
  • Vehicle must match contract
  • Driving allowed only in Morocco
  • No racing or sub-renting
  • Full responsibility for violations
  • Accident reporting within 48h

Rental Duration

  • Return on agreed date
  • Based on departure time
  • Minimum 3 days rental

Vehicle Return

  • Return during working hours
  • No refund for early return
  • Late return = extra fees

Rental Modification

  • Any change in duration, mileage or return city may cause extra fees.

Fines & Fees

  • The renter is responsible for all traffic violations during rental.

Personal Data

  • Data is used for contracts, promotions and analysis.
  • You can request access or deletion of your data.

Insurance

  • Full insurance with deductible depending on driver responsibility.

Pre-authorization

  • A deposit is blocked on the credit card.
  • It is released after vehicle return.

Applicable Law

  • Aigi Car team is available for any questions.

Online Payment

  • Payment via VISA or MasterCard.
  • Card must be in driver name.

Cleaning Fees

  • Smoking is forbidden inside the vehicle.
  • Cleaning fees may apply if violated.
